Mosapride citrate is a selective SR-4 agonist and SR-3 antagonist. Increases gastric emptying in rats and stimulates gastric motor activity in conscious dogs.
Mosapride citrate, for being one potent and selective 5-hydroxytryptamine4 (5-HT4) receptor agonist, has its Molecular Formula of C21H25ClFN3O3.C6H8O7 and Molecular Weight of 614.02, and this chemical has other names like gasmotin, AS 4370 and so on.
