Where is the good Estramustine

Where is the good Estramustine? For many people this is a strange object, and here's the introduction to it:
Estramustine is able to rapidly phosphorylate in the gastrointestinal tract to release the female and the female nitrogen mustard, and accumulate in the prostate tissue. It is used to treat metastatic prostate cancer, especially in hormone-resistant prostate cancer. Bad reactions are nausea and sometimes stubborn vomiting. Other less common adverse reactions are man breast development, nipple to soften and/or the steroidal part of the molecular structure of mineralocorticoid effects exacerbated congestive heart failure.
