Doneprazi hydrochloride is a long-term treatment for alzheimer's disease (AD). AD is a loss of acquired intelligence that is characterized by memory loss and other cognitive impairment. Donepezil HCL is the second generation of cholinesterase (ChE) inhibitor, its therapeutic effect is reversible inhibition of acetylcholinesterase (AchE) caused by the chemical hydrolysis of acyl increase the acetylcholine receptor site content. Donnepiazi may also have other mechanisms, including direct effects of the treatment of peptides, neurotransmitter receptors or Ca2 + channels. Donnepiazi is suitable for mild, moderate alzheimer's dementia.
