Euxyl PE 9010 is a soft preservative flux founded on duty phenoxyethanol commingled with the multifunctional additive ethylhexylglycerin because your leave-on cosmetics. It is globally approved for use in leave-on and rinse-off products; contains no controversial materials; is free of sensitizers, pH-stable, temperature-stable and compatible with most leave-on personal care formulas; may be inactivated by high levels of ethoxylated surfactants in rinse-off products.
