Hesperetin, chemical expressed as C16H14O6, is a bioflavonoid, more specificly speaking, a flavanone. Molecular formula: C16H14O6.
Exact mass: 302.079038.  Hesperidin is usually found in Citrus fruits.
Melting point: 226-228 °C. It is water soluble because of the presence of the sugar part in its structure. Molar mass: 302.27 g/mol. CAS No.: 520-33-2.
