What is mo

What is mo? For many people, molybdenum may be unfamiliar, and here's the introduction to it:
Molybdenum (mu) is a micronutrient for the human body and plants and animals. Silver and white metal, hard and tough. The human body contains molybdenum, which is the highest in the human body at 9mg, with the highest levels of liver and kidney.
The molybdenum compounds in meals and drinking water are easily absorbed. About 88% to 93% of the soluble molybdate is absorbed. The various sulfur compounds in the diet have a strong resistance to the absorption of molybdenum,
Molybdenum sulfide only absorbs about 5%. Molybdate is absorbed and then combined with the macroglobulin in the blood in the form of molybdenum, and has a loose binding with red blood cells. Most of the molybdenum in the blood is ingested by the liver and kidneys.
